 As its name suggests, The Drying Shed is used to process the garden’s produce. Here we dry the flowers, hang the bulbs in preparation for storage, and preserve the many varieties of fruit and vegetables in our fully equipped, modern kitchen. When not in use for these purposes, the building is a warm and inviting indoor gathering place with access for everyone, including those in wheelchairs.

Many of the materials that have gone into the construction of The Drying Shed and the individual cottages are from the property itself, including the mighty timbers that support the ceiling of the main room.
Airy and spacious, with large windows looking out to the forest, The Drying Shed has everything you need for a trouble free, memorable gathering. The commercial kitchen has a double sink, large refrigerator, an Ultraline professional oven and grill with four burners, and microwaves. From coffee urns to cutlery, you'll want for nothing.
